All orders are started within 3 days. Because each item is hand poured at the time of order and ship out within 7 days. Allow additional time for large orders and during peak season.

We take several precautions to make sure that your items arrive in excellent condition. If on a rare occasion you receive something that is damaged, please take clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and email them along with your order details & contact information to wickandwaxfanatic@gmail.com so that we can assist you.

A wax melt is a scented piece of wax, much like what you’d find in a candle jar - just without the wick! They are burned using an electric or tealight warmer.
